NEL loves to
make ECO jewelry!! When your old necklaces are damaged or outdated and you want
to use them again, (because you like the beads or they have a special value for
you) NEL can re-design it in a new jewelry set for you.
The goal is to incorporate more and more recycled and
innovative materials in the design; also, there are a lot of fascinating
materials waiting to be repurposed in NEL’s jewelry.
NEL makes
unique earrings, pendants, bracelets or necklaces for you using your jewelry
design ideas. Custom made jewelry can be created using GF 14 Kt, sterling
silver, copper, brass or nickel silver. Any gemstones you wish, including your
own, can be used in your unique jewelry design.

Nel really
does want her customers to be happy with their purchases. So if you are less
than happy with your order or it isn't suitable for any reason, simply return
it and get your money back.
Returns
under the guarantee need to be sent within 30 days of delivery of your order
and items need to come back in the same condition that you received them.
Please let
us know if you are making a return so that we know to expect it. Once the
return has been received you will be issued with a refund for the cost of the
item/s.
Refunds do
not include delivery costs unless your return is due to damage during delivery,
a faulty item or a mistake on our part.

If your item
has minor damage due to wear or an accident within three years from purchase,
please contact us and more often than not we will be able to undertake repairs
with no labour costs.
You may need
to pay for postage and, depending on what is required, materials costs.
Note that
items which have major damage, particularly to the 'focus' of the piece (eg. a
pendant being badly scratched or dented), may not be able to be repaired and
you would instead need to consider replacing the item. Contact us to discuss
the situation and we'll be happy to give you an idea of what will be needed to
repair your item or if it is beyond repair.
